Douglas Emmett, Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

Douglas Emmett, Inc. (NYSE: DEI), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, which will be paid on October 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2010. On an annualized basis, this dividend totals $0.40 per common share.
