Excellent perspiration light fastness - min. grade 4 per ISO 105-B07.
Excellent compatibility and reproducibility.

Good solubility and high stability of dye liquor especially suitable for dyeing at low liquor ratio.

Exhaustion dyeing process
40 deg.C
Adding Dye
10 minutes
Adding auxiliary
Raising temperature to 60 deg.C (1.5 deg.C per minute)
Dyeing at 60 deg.C for 10 – 15 minutes
Adding Alkali
Dyeing at 60 deg.C for 30 – 50 minutes
Wash off

Wash-off procedure:
Wash for 10 min. at 50 deg.C
Neutralize at 50 deg.C for 10 min.
Soap at 90 deg.C for 10 - 20 min. with 1-2 g/L soaping agent.
Wash for 10 min. at 50 deg.C
Cold wash for 10 min.
