Product Design and Engineering



Plastic packaging design and engineering is one of our key business sectors. Our plastic designers evaluate ideas and conceptualize them in a systematic approach. We provide a wide range of design and engineering services, including industrial product design concepts, reverse engineering laser scanning, rapid prototyping of full functional assemblies, and mechanical assembly design & FEA analysis etc.



Tooling and Automation


Global Dispensing Ltd is your one-stop company for design and manufacturing of injection mold, automation production line, and tooling components. We provide complete tooling and automation services. Our tooling capabilities range from single cavity bridge tooling to complex multi-cavity molds. Other advanced equipments include HAAS Super Mini Mill, Vertex Welder, Manual Mill, and HAAS Lathe etc.



Molding and Assembly



As many companies locate production to Asia, technical resources are often difficult to locate to support project transfers and ongoing production issues. Our approach is to balance western manufacturing requirements with local costs, components, and process capabilities to achieve desired quality, capacity and cost targets. Our molding and assembly facilities are located both in our HK Tech center and china production site.
