Recently, we received a report from one of our customers in Southeast Asia that other brand of manufacturer provided him a test report of glass road stud indicated that the compressive strength is over 60 tons. However, after an actual sample inspection locally by the customer, and the test result of other brand of glass road stud, which refers to CNS13762 National Standard test method, is only about 30 tons.
The customer suspected that the manufacturer was coordinate with the well-known domestic inspection company to make a false test report that used a special concave design plate covering the specimen to increase the contact area and raise the detection value in order to achieve the customer’s request of “over 60 tons of compressive strength”.

After years of research and development, currently only Seih-Ying’s SIGLITE in AA grade can really reach over 60 tons of compressive strength in the world, and AAA grade for 80 tons (According to CNS13762 inspection methods). Although other brand of manufacturer through some special inspection techniques, it can reach the effect of beautifying the value apparently, but these inferior products can not compare with our SIGLITE while making an actual installation on the road.
We hereby urge every customer beware of this situation, so as to avoid misusing the products that not conform to the specification resulting in unnecessary losses.
