DESCRIPTION
This machine is used for gluing cardboard, case, pop up book and so on, two glue roller moving against each other with glue. Normally cold being used .
The glue roller unit has the functions of moving up or down and is fully control by our offset cam. When the machine stop the glue unit is turning and during production the glue unit transfer the glue to the glue pad by the offest arm and the gear. The set up is very simple for any size.
The operator adjust the size according to his need by turing two indepently hand wheel. The operator will cut the glue pad size according to his job and paste with double sided tape on one side. By jogging the machine the pusher chain push the cardboard together with the glue pad towards the big cylinder, the glue pad will stick on the roller contour immediately and separate the cardboard.
By press production or run, the main motor start , the glue unit move to the lower position and engage glue pad roller gear . During this time ,the glue unit transfer the glue to the glue pad.
