Description
SOLO Continuous furnaces line wich combine process quality and easy maintenance. A muffle in refractory steel permit rapid conditioning of the atmospheres for various heat treatments.
Specification
FURNACE: Muffle designed to resist high temperatures and to allow a rapid conditioning of atmosphere. Several possible heating and/or cooling zones according to the production. Electrical heating. Chimneys for burning gas and environmental protection.
Choice in gas supply (cracker, generator, mixers, bottles, etc??. Protection against oxidation of the muffle during stops
and after high operational temperatures. Automatic ignition of the protective gas with flame monitoring. Flat, mesh or rippled belt, with edges or lipped according to the type of the parts. Easy replacement of the heating elements. AMS 2750E & Standards ATEX (upon request).
