Description
Fully automatic battery intercell welder completes the thru-the-partition intercell connection and before the intercell welding, there is one function for polarity test.
* SEQUENCE OF OPERATION:
This machine delivers batteries to the polarity test inlet to complete polarity test. If the batteries fail the polarity test, they are automatically put aside and rejected. From this testing station batteries that past this test are conveyed to the indexing latches and the welding cylinder are automatically moved downwards and raised into the welding position to parameters the required number of welds.
A selection switch for 6V or 12V is set on the control box.
N120 above: The third welding arm is action.
N120 below: The first welding arm is stop. The second and third welding arm are action.
* WELD ENERGY MONITOR:
It can monitor the current capacity and welding time.
It can set the Max. and Min. of current capacity and welding time, and if exceeds the limit the monitor will be alarmed.
Operator can adjust the welding conditions according to the reading of the monitor.
* WELDING CONTROL:
Digital I.C. synchronous, weld sequence timer, 3 solid state S.C.R. water cooled contactors, control the primary voltage to the 2 welding transformers switching weld current on and off.
Transformer: 50 KVA. 50% duty cycle---3 units.
Welding arms: The welding arms are of special in-line action design.
* UTILITIES REQUIREMENT:
Electricity: 3x50 KVA. 1 or 3 phase, voltage and frequency to suit customer's specifications.
Compressed air consumption: Approximate 76.5 liter/min at 6 kg/cm2.
Space requirement: Approximate 4080mm(L) x1500mm(W)x1750mm(H).
Weight: Approximate 2000kgs.

1945: Set up Chan Fa Rubber Plant, repairing rubber tire and manufacturing rubber components.
1950: Chan Fa and Ten Win Co., being combined as Jih Hsing Electric Ware Co., in Chung Sun Rd. of Taichung, manufacturing small types rubber storage battery container sets.
1958: Transferred plant to Chung Hsou Rd. plant, expanding to 3,967 Sq. meter with capital NT$160,000.
1962: Reorganized as Jih Hsing Electric Apparatus Manufactory Co., Ltd. with capital NT$1,600,000 and 1,600 shares.
1977: Transferred plant to Wu-Fong Hsian, expanding plant area as 12,098 Sq. meter, increasing plastic injection facility for automotive & motorcycle battery plastic container sets manufacture.
1982: Recapitalized as NT$38,400,000 with 38,400 shares, increasing facility for manufacturing vehicles engine valves.
1994: Office jobs being fully computerized.
1995: Got ISO-9002 international quality standard certificate.
1996: Invest branch factory (Jih Hsing Fuqing) in China, with capital US$1,200,000.
1999: Jih Hsing (Fuqing) transferred to selfowned new plant with plant area 13,553 Sq. meter.
2000: Jih Hsing (Fuqing) got ISO-9002 international quality standard certificate.
2002: Got ISO 9001:2000 international quality standard certificate.
2002: In China Guangzhou Development District, procured 15,510 sq.m land and set up Guangzhou Jih Cheng Plastics Product Co., Ltd.
2003: Fu Qing Jih Hsing Plastics Products Co., Ltd renamed as Fujian Jih Hsing Plastics Products Co., Ltd.
2004: Fujian Jih Hsing Plastics Products Co., Ltd. combined Fu Qing Jih Fu Plastics Products Co., Ltd. as one company.
2005: Procured 21,780 sq.m land and setted up Fu Qing Jih Chiang Plastics Products Co.,Ltd.
2007: Guangzhou Jih Cheng Plastics Product Co., Ltd. expanded for second plant.
