Description
This machine provides automatic battery port aluminum foil sealer weld function. It prevents battery plates from oxidation and self-discharge before battery solution (sulfuric acid) is added into the battery.
* SEQUENCE OF OPERATION:
One battery for each input. → Two batteries for each aluminum foil cutting. → Two batteries for each marking. → Two batteries for each output.
Batteries are placed on the conveyor belt. After undergoing electric eye sensing, these are filed in twos on the conveyor belt. When battery position is set, a marking mold will lower to brand manufacturing date. After branding, batteries will be conveyed to and positioned under the aluminum foil sealing mold. Two batteries are thermal sealed for each lowering of the heat sealing mold. Simultaneously, aluminum foils for two batteries are cut, and these batteries are automatically conveyed out. Thus, completing the automatic cycle.
* STRUCTURE AND DEGREE OF PRECISION:
Heat seal electrothermal type: Electrothermal temperature 0~300 degrees centigrade. Freely adjustable temperature ±150 degrees centigrade.
Pneumatic type: Compressed air consumption approximates 45 liter/min at 6 kg/cm2.
* UTILITIES REQUIREMENT:
Electricity: 4 KW, 3 phase 60 Hz/220V or as specified by clients.
Productivity: Approximate 15 sec/cycle x 2 batteries.
Space requirement: Approximate 2000mm(L)x450mm(W)x1500mm(H).
Weight: Approximate 300 kgs.

1945: Set up Chan Fa Rubber Plant, repairing rubber tire and manufacturing rubber components.
1950: Chan Fa and Ten Win Co., being combined as Jih Hsing Electric Ware Co., in Chung Sun Rd. of Taichung, manufacturing small types rubber storage battery container sets.
1958: Transferred plant to Chung Hsou Rd. plant, expanding to 3,967 Sq. meter with capital NT$160,000.
1962: Reorganized as Jih Hsing Electric Apparatus Manufactory Co., Ltd. with capital NT$1,600,000 and 1,600 shares.
1977: Transferred plant to Wu-Fong Hsian, expanding plant area as 12,098 Sq. meter, increasing plastic injection facility for automotive & motorcycle battery plastic container sets manufacture.
1982: Recapitalized as NT$38,400,000 with 38,400 shares, increasing facility for manufacturing vehicles engine valves.
1994: Office jobs being fully computerized.
1995: Got ISO-9002 international quality standard certificate.
1996: Invest branch factory (Jih Hsing Fuqing) in China, with capital US$1,200,000.
1999: Jih Hsing (Fuqing) transferred to selfowned new plant with plant area 13,553 Sq. meter.
2000: Jih Hsing (Fuqing) got ISO-9002 international quality standard certificate.
2002: Got ISO 9001:2000 international quality standard certificate.
2002: In China Guangzhou Development District, procured 15,510 sq.m land and set up Guangzhou Jih Cheng Plastics Product Co., Ltd.
2003: Fu Qing Jih Hsing Plastics Products Co., Ltd renamed as Fujian Jih Hsing Plastics Products Co., Ltd.
2004: Fujian Jih Hsing Plastics Products Co., Ltd. combined Fu Qing Jih Fu Plastics Products Co., Ltd. as one company.
2005: Procured 21,780 sq.m land and setted up Fu Qing Jih Chiang Plastics Products Co.,Ltd.
2007: Guangzhou Jih Cheng Plastics Product Co., Ltd. expanded for second plant.
