Features

Main machine has steady mechanism which side iron plate is integrated where locked with concavo-convex groove processing.
Center post of main cylinder processed with chilled casting and grinding which obtain great hardness without scrape and rusty.
Fixed plate of upper and lower mold with T-shaped groove which is easy to change & lock mold.
Hydraulic power unit with special design which has high efficiency and save power energy. The oil pump will stop work under curing process and will auto start upon pressurized job.
Electric control system: PLC control system with stand control box, it has auto/ manual function.
Curing time preset in digital display, curing press gets alarm upon open mold action.
