Description
1. Maximum temperature: 1300℃/1400℃
2. Adopt inorganic fiber made with vacuum molding technology as the insulated material of the chamber, and have special insulated design.
3. Double helical SiC rods are set on the two sidewalls inside the chamber horizontally, which is easy to replace and for wiring.
4. Have double-layer housing. The heat is insulated by the circulating air, so the temperature of the outside surface is very low.
5. Moveable pulling block is set between the furnace body and the controller, which is convenient for putting the fire-screen door and sinter.
6. Designed of patent technique, the chamber is replaceable, the heating board can be taken down, and the user can adjust the position of the chamber freely. The door and the chamber of the furnace are perfectly sealed.
7. Have automatic power failure protective function once the door is open. Have over temperature alarm function. Have power failure function once the thermocouple is damaged. Have controlling function with the built-in parameter pass code.
8. Heating rate: 5-30℃/min. 30-segment automatically heating up programs.
9. Provide RS-485 communication port and Sigma data management software, which can record the history data and the temperature rising curve, correct the temperature deviated error, and manage multi-equipments and remote failure analysis.

LuoYang Sigma Furnace Co.,Ltd. was established on the basis of Luoyang Sigma Instrument Manufacture Co., Ltd, which was founded in 1999 and located in Luoyang, a beautiful ancient city. In 2011, cooperated with Henan measuring academy of sciences, we established the ultra-high temperature engineering technology center of Henan Institute of Metrology, which is the first development and testing organization to measure 1800℃ ultra-high temperature and test ultra-high temperature material property at home and abroad.
In 2010 we established an ultra-high temperature engineering technology center, which can be engaged in various types of sintering experiments at range of 1000-3000 degree Celsius. It is the first ultra-high temperature laboratory in China opening to both home and abroad.
In 2010, we invented zirconium diboride composite ceramic heating element and zirconium diboride composite ceramic thermocouple, the maximum working temperature can reach to 2600 degree Celsius and can be used under both in vacuum and oxidizing atmosphere. This technology made the history of measuring the maximum temperature in contact-type under oxidizing atmosphere.
