Description
- Dual Function Baking and Dehumidifying: This baking dry cabinet features both baking and dehumidifying capabilities, providing reliable and stable ultra-low humidity technology. When the cabinet is heated to 50°C, the humidity can reach as low as 0.1% RH (in conditions of 25°C, 50% RH), effectively eliminating deep-seated moisture within electronic components and preventing reattachment of moisture.
- Designed for Advanced Electronic Components: The baking dry cabinet is particularly suitable for storing various humidity-sensitive electronic components that require an ultra-low humidity environment. It meets the J-STD-033D standard, aiding in the restoration of the components' floor life.
- High-Precision Temperature and Humidity Monitoring: Equipped with a high-precision dual display panel for temperature and humidity and an RS-232 interface, it can be paired with a temperature and humidity recorder(option) for long-term monitoring . The panel includes a built-in temperature and humidity alarm function that activates a buzzer or flashing light when preset levels are exceeded. The cabinet's door-open lighting feature facilitates user access to stored items.

Featuring both baking and dehumidifying properties, it completely activates the moisture molecules on the surface and deep within electronic components, ensuring they are thoroughly dried. This series of machines uses a mild temperature of 40°C to 50°C to force the evaporation of moisture molecules from within the components. The dehumidifying unit then completely absorbs and expels the moisture molecules from the air inside the cabinet, achieving a dryness level of below 1% RH. This not only completely avoids the potential thermal damage and easy oxidation that can occur with traditional 125°C ovens during baking but also solves the problem of moisture reattaching to the components after cooling.
