Description

The solution of solar PV cell test mainly bases on the test requirements of cell & module, developing various testers and testing equipments. We develop the test systems for all manufacturers conforming to different international standards from solar cells to terminal system products; helping them to ensure their products quality meeting international standard.
Steady-state Sunbeam Simulation System Description:
1. Effective radiation area: greater than 260 x 220 (WxD) cm; specific specification can be customer-design.
2. Reflective inner box size: greater than 280 × 260 × 200 (W x D x H) cm. (Note: H means the distance between module & lamp set.)
3. The shortest parallel distance from specimen to lamp surface.
4. Spectrum distribution: meet IEC60904 -9 CLASS C.
5. Radiation intensity range: 800-1000W/M2 on the effectively exposed area.
6. System shall include the light source and module cooling system; using exhaust pipe to send hot airflow out.
7. Temperature at module’s back can be controlled within 40 - 50°C.
8. Temperature resolution: 0.1°C of light-soaking temperature: RT＋5°C ~80°C /allowance = ±5°C. Temperature control: by PID convection.
