TF1: Single side moulding
The machine employs a PLC control for easy operation and smooth motion sequence.
Foot Switch controls motion cycle.
Combine three functions in one; cutting, moulding and boring.
Table surface is equipped with a miter gouge for bevel moulding.
Entire motions are actuated by air/hydraulic combination cylinders, providing fast, stable and smooth motions.
Table tilts 30" front downward.
The table support is fitted with oilless bushings.

Designed for producing round and square tenons and big tenons on Various shapes of wood, such as curved and irregular shape.

Double Moulding Spindles
The moulding unit is constructed of two spindles, which run in opposite direction to avoid wood tearing during cutting.
