This machine is specially design for outer insulation coating. It can coat the epoxy powder on surface of the electronic parts uniformly to get the insulation, damp-proof and increase the mechanical strength.

Preheating: Heat for the first time after the element enters the machine.
Fluidize: Compress air to squirt evenly, coatingmaterial boils into a state of gruel to reach the purpose of loosing and cooling for powder.
Powder Settling: It is the process for settlingthe powder after powder fluidizing.
Shave Powder: After the powder settling is finished, shave the excess powder from right to left side, to level the surface.
Soaking: Soak the heated elements into the powder after shaving the powder, and then the surface of elements are coated with powder.
Vibration: Vibrator will shake after the element is soaked in the powder in order to flow fast for the powder.
Beat and Vibrate: Elements rise to mid position after the soaking is finished, and then the frame is beat to remove the excess powder by the cylinder.
Melt Powder and Gloss: Final heating after element is coated. The powder changes from solid into melt, and then become glossiness.
