Thermochromic Pigment

Thermochromic Pigments are composed of micro-capsules that change color reversibly.
When the temperature is raised to a specified temperature, the pigment goes from colored to colorless. The color returns to original color as the pigment is cooled down.

Particle size: 1-10µm
Type: Organic pigment
Heat resistance: 220 deg.C
Specified temperature: 10-70 deg.C

(1) Water based paste type:
Temperature of color change is designed at 31~33°C for textile screen printing use. Based resin to be formulated as per the type of fabric for better adhesion.
(Specific temperature from 10 - 70 deg.C can be produced per request)

(2) Powder type:
Can be used for all types of surfaces and mediums such as paint, clay, plastics, inks, ceramics, fabric, paper, synthetic film, glass, cosmetic color, nail polish, lipstick, offset ink, security offset ink, marketing, decoration, advertising ...etc.
