Jazzercise Posts Dynamic Start to New Decade |

Jazzercise, Inc. started the new decade with its most successful opening quarter in the company’s 40-year history. Typically the busiest time of year for the fitness industry, Jazzercise posted more than $19.5 million in customer sales which included a 23 percent increase in new sign-ups over the same timeframe in 2009. The company’s January franchisee royalties of $1.4 million set a Jazzercise single month record. Jazzercise UK continues to experience record growth with 210 franchised instructors teaching 680 classes weekly at more than 300 locations throughout the United Kingdom. UK is the leading Jazzercise market in Europe and the third strongest market amongst all 32 countries in which Jazzercise classes are offered.
