- Purpose: after electrolysis and water rinsing, carbon fiber dry completely to ensure good sizing process.
- Hot air circulation style: compulsive circulated hot air, blown horizontally on both side of each fiber with angle tilted turbulence flow.
- Size: Max. band width 3000mm, each pass heating length Max.12m, the quantity of pass is unrestricted, adopt 3 pass or 5 pass in general.
- Furnace temperature of operation: 200~300℃.
- Feeding requirement: Weight percentage of the moisture＜70％.
- Drying result: weight percentage of the moisture＜3％.
- Retention time of the process: adopt with suitable design.
- Number of temperature control zone: adopt with suitable design.
- Maintain and replacement of heaters: Operation outside of the furnace, no need for dismantle the furnace body.
- Height of pass: Full consideration of droop increment, and harmless to fiber.
- Devices composed: Thermal insulation, hot air circulation device, hot air circulation piping, heaters, exhaust of edge of furnace, filter screen, oven door in operating side etc.
- Hot air circulation fan: rotational speed ＜1400RPM, grounded on the floor to reduce noise and vibration.
- Material in the furnace: sus304 stainless steel board.
