The C-One Enterprise Company Ltd., with its previous name being Zhou Guang Hang, was founded in 1955 as a trade business agent selling on consignment those cleansers of famous brands in Taiwan. The founder of the C-One Enterprise Company Ltd. is Mr. Zhou, Ting-Fen. In 1960, under the technical guidance of the Japanese Oil Company, the C-One Enterprise Company Ltd. was formally established, with Mrs. Zhou-Li, Gui-Zhu as the first director of the board of the company. The Company was then one among the few earliest companies of cleanser in Taiwan.
